To secure a student’s position at OSA the Letter of Intent must be completed and returned to OSA by March 21, 2017. Everyone is committed to the school and wants to get the most out of every minute of the day. I was told in school it takes about 10 years of hard to really develop your career.
If anything they teach the opposite, as using the skills that you have learned through Martial Arts to just simply fight, is opposed. The Pittsburgh Creative and Performing Arts School started in 1979 with just over 30 students and have grown throughout the years to now have students in grades 6-12 at the school studying a variety of arts programs.
Aesthetic Value: The arts have beauty and face value, in addition to their intrinsic qualities. Sure I’m making up for it now by being behind in my craft (and prepared to spend money to go back to school and get a stronger, more focused training), but I wouldn’t do it differently if I had the chance.
