The Fine Arts & Communication Department offers many opportunities for personal expression. The Bachelor of Arts (Media and Communications) prepares graduates for a range of careers, in fields such as marketing, advertising, editing, public relations, industrial relations, management, sales, tourism, administration, public service, and community work.
Woven throughout the program, the study of Communication Arts is concerned with the powerful and timeless relationship between art and narrative — image and story — which invites each student to embrace, amplify, and build upon their unique views and life experience so that they, in the lifetime beyond university, may add to humanity’s ongoing evolution and unfolding.
Among the College’s specialized facilities are two brand new, high definition broadcast television studios; brand new music performance recital rooms and practice rooms; music recording and audio production facilities; an electronic music laboratory; film, animation, and graphic design studios; and state-of-the-art classrooms.
