The Cultural Institute and Breathe Arts Health Research are working in collaboration to explore how the arts can enhance health and wellbeing in clinical and care settings. This partnership takes a broad-based approach in examining uses of the arts in public health, health promotion and health care. Local artist Barry Edwards’ paintings have been selected via a public vote through Waterford Healing Arts Trust for exhibition at University Hospital Waterford (UHW) under the A Better Place exhibition strand, opening on Friday 2 June 2017.
