The visual communication and digital media arts (formerly computer graphics) concentration is one that enables and empowers students for a career in visual communications and media arts. Animation class is designed to explore the area of visual communication in the digital media, specifically the areas of vector graphics and motion.
Students study the history, contemporary issues and theory of media and culture while developing advanced technical and conceptual skills in film, video, new media and sound. Considering that the basis of mass communication tools are the product of social, political and ideological structures and disciplines; we will be analyzing theories of mass communication in their socio-historical context.
Learners will deepen their understanding of themselves, their interests, values , skills and abilities and integrate these ideas to advance their career, education and life choices. The School provides courses of study in the disciplines of, Dance, Theatre Arts, Painting and Sculpture and Communication.
This module develops your skills as a filmmaker further, pushing you into new creative territory. The College of Fine Arts and Communication offers undergraduate and graduate programs of exceptional quality in selected disciplines.
