The customer experience mainly concentrates on the increasing of the income of the organization. ON the hand, user experience mainly focuses on the usability of a particular product or equipment. The client experience is mostly related to the market at large or the general market in place. User experience differs with the customer experience in that it s made to focus on a particular area on the market. The user experience is mostly associated with the technological areas most of the times. Customer experience on the other side is taken to relate to the services sector in most of the instances. This is so since they will need to show case their thoughts and leave some impact.
