The partnership between the MSDE Fine Arts Office, AEMS, and the Maryland State Arts Council guarantees an exciting day. Yet some districts have made great strides toward not only revitalizing the arts but also using them to reinvent schools. When students are learning about a culture in their English Language Arts class or their Social Studies class, it is the perfect time to teach those students about the art of that culture.
Nonetheless, the importance of education in society is indispensable and cohering, which is why society and knowledge cannot be ever separated into two distinct entities. The Arts Education Partnership was established in 1995 and is supported by the U.S. Department of Education and the National Endowment for the Arts in cooperation with the Education Commission of the States.
Certificate in Basic Culinary Arts – this course is for those who don’t want to make culinary arts their major career. In many cases, this has resulted in severely reduced budgets that cuts the Art Education Programs too many times, art is not considered to be part of the curriculum and is taught only at the discretion of the classroom teacher.
