Whether students begin at age three or in Upper School, a Gill St. Bernard’s education encourages students to make connections across disciplines and leads them to a deeper understanding of the world. CSN maintains an in-house Student Collection, at Tramore Road, of work from all art and design courses in the college – maintained by Arts Administration. But a visit to the Arts Center is sure to include a tour of the building and the many energy efficient features that makes the building a work of art.
Upon submitting an application, your work will be evaluated by the Number 7 Arts jury committee and, if approved, you will be notified when to appear in person with at least 5 examples of your work. I recently found some nice artistic representations of the liberal arts at Wikimedia Commons and used them in a presentation.
The 5.4.7 Arts Center is a community arts center intended to raise awareness of fine arts, both visual and performing, make arts accessible to everyone and provide an environment to create and learn through classes, exhibits and performances. The 5 x 7 Preview Reception will be held on Friday, April 21, 2016 – 6 – 8 pm at the LSSU Arts Center where attendees will have the first opportunity to view and purchase an original work of art.
If These Halls Could Talk project is funded by Arts NSW Regional Partnership funding. Engaging in the arts develops people’s ability to understand and express complex ideas. This case focuses on a community based project, Chitput Local, run by the arts organisation Hamdasti.
